This is actually my second time reading this manga. It is so fast paced and full of action that it's an easy read. The characters are complex and likable and the story is fantastic and unique. The artwork is brilliantly drawn and keeps you interested from page one! I am excited to continue this series. It is unique in more than one way. The cover is a nice hue of purples and blues and fits the overall mood of the story. This is a must read for all manga fans. The artwork is absolutely beautiful. Yes, I do read things based on the artwork, but one of the things that I love about manga is the visual aspect. But I had absolutely no complaints with Tegami Bachi and the plot is gripping and Lag is quite a lovable character who's easily brought to tears. The mystery of his left eye and his mother's "abduction" to the capital left me reading the series in search of answers.
It was very cute. Though the author must be new-ish because the plot etc needs some work.
