What a great end to a fantastic series!!! First off, this book was much sexier than the others, which I loved. Sharing of intimacy just brings a whole other level of their connection – much needed in my opinion. Ethan and Tegan are a force to be reckon with in this final installment of the Power Series. Their powers have evolved, their love has deepened, and their fight for their land becomes intense. Tegan still is fighting to save and bring Rita back to the good side, but as their war continues, it seems that her best friend is forever lost… This book is a bit different than the former ones since it is told in dual POV, both from Tegan and Finn’s prospective. I liked being in Finn’s head, he is sweet, yet masculine. He is still brewing over Tegan choosing Ethan, from book 3. However, Finn soons meets a young girl/elf who he quickly becomes attached too, and vice versa. All the characters are back to join the adventure, and a couple new characters are introduced to the gang - which resolved the few remaining mysteries that remained. I will miss all of the Crimson crew! These are all great books, that I really enjoyed. I read them all in about 3 days, I just couldn't stop...This one wasn't quite as good as the others, a little predictable. I found the dual characters swapping back and forth, not confusing, but there wasn't enough writing wise, to make them very different which would have emphasised the differing characters more emphatically. The other problem with this final book was the amount of sex. It was significantly increased in this book, losing some of the story's impact, therefore reducing the quality of the tale. Once again, I also found the sexual details too similar between the two views. It was largely the same sexual styles throughout individual couples. To give the book it's due, I still found the characters realistic, with real flaws. They occasionally flounder around with indecision, heart break, anger and joy.I liked how the varied romances were conducted and the mistakes and agonising 'could of/should of' scenarios. Hindsight is a vicious thing. What's good is that all is not necessarily lost, and I also like the way that various people of varied ages, struggle with decision making and their insecurities.A great series, I wonder if the author might do a carry on with a Series 2...?
