I liked this book even better than the last. Ava is coming into her powers and finally making her own kind of family. The ending is more positive and I love where the story went with the beast and the British vampires. I loved the new characters she met in Liverpool and am excited to get to know them better. I loved how Ava got the better of the sucumbus neighbor and how Peter finally kissed her. I hope to see some more of that in the next book. Gabe is starting to be more in the picture and I am not sure what to think of him. Can't wait for the next book. Ava is still sorting through all the issues in her life and Becca is running rampant through the city. Becca turned into some grotesque beast and it looks like Ava might be the only one to stop her. She is doing her best, but things are rough. Carl is acting weird and who knows if she can trust Peter or Eddie or anyone else for that matter. I'm looking forward to continuing this series. It's been fun.
