The Bride's Baby (2008) - Plot & Excerpts

* 2 1/2 starsOne of those free romance novels that I downloaded during a period of my life where all things that were free were worth getting. This wasn't that bad. or that smutty.. now that I think about it. And the plot though unoriginal had some plot twists and elements that made the book different and stand out in the large realm of the wedding planner archetype. Some moments bugged me. Those being were Tom was condescending and patronizing. You are not the boss. Back the f* off, you creep. So tired of these romance novels - written for the most part by woman- where the man thinks himself king of the world and the woman encourages his fantasy.Luckily these moments were kept to a minimum so I managed to finish the book and get a pleasant (free) read out of it. Though this book is good, it's just too ridiculous... how hard is it to say 'this is your baby'... it's like she says everything but that, making everything obscure and awkward... it was just like the events seemed very unlikely and though most of these books seem to be like this... it was just a little too far... through the whole thing i was just frustrated with the characters wishing they would just open their mouths and say what they're thinking... it isn't that hard...

What do You think about The Bride's Baby (2008)?

A re-read. Cute don't really believe that he loved her until they lived together, but cute.

close to impossible but yeah, this is just a book so anything and everything can happen...
