She put in orders for supplies, updated the café blog and social media accounts, answered emails from travel editors who wanted to interview her or profile her café, and logged into their accounting program to check the cash flow. Payroll was coming up and she wanted to be in good form to cut the necessary checks.Those tasks complete, Beatrice opened the previous month’s sales report.
