Skeleton Creek The crossbones is about a boy named Ryan and a girl named Sarah who recently found millions of dollars worth of gold. He gave the gold to everyone and the town so right now everyone is rich, but he isn't he has to wait until he is 18. Sarah is his best friend, but the bad thing is that she moved to Boston. So right now Ryan is stuck working at his dad's fly shop. But he also has a mystery on his hands because when he was in the Dredge he found a envelope under the floor boards and took it. He opened the envelope and found some work of a madman. Ryan called it the skull puzzle. The rest you will have to read the book to find out.I thought this book was really good because of all the mystery and creepiness. My favorite part was when Sarah left Skeleton Creek because it changed a lot and Ryan was alone and didn't really know what to do. If she didn't leave the book would be different.I really liked this book. I recommend this book to people who like scary stories and mysteries. The videos for this book are mostly for kids that are 12-14 and the book is also for kids that are 12-14 or 6th-8th grade, but it really just depends on what kind of books you like. I definitely enjoyed this book, but I found that it lacks the same energy as the first two. I love the idea of a haunted road trip, but I miss Sarah. I think they probably didn't have the same actress from the first two, so the author changed her way of filming by not showing her and "disguising her voice."Things have definitely gotten more complicated in this book, and Fitz and his dad kind of popped out of no where, which is somewhat convenient and annoying at the same time. I found that this book was more of a transition novel, with loads of cool haunted destinations.SUPER EXCITED FOR THE FINALE IN "THE RAVEN!!"
