I am a fan if J.S. Scott's work. It always is smoking hot, and usually has some element of surprise to keep you on your toes. This particular series really gave you a run for your money, never really sure what was going to happen. The Billionaires Obsession is my favorite byJ.S, but this is running at a close 2nd . Especially with the ending . I definitely would recommend this book for someone looking for a suspenseful romance. I've never given a book (or a series, for that matter) one star... but these characters drove me nuts. Since I spent a whole $1.07 on this box set, I was determined to finish it... but I cannot tell the amount of times I wanted to throw my Kindle down in frustration. Brandon is a jackass who made me want to rip my hair out of my head numerous times because he's SO controlling.Katie needs to grow up, and she needs to grow a backbone in the severest of ways. They've both got some major problems going on, their relationship started out as a lie, and neither has really done anything in the past SEVERAL years to move forward or on with their lives after they dated for a few months when she was 18, and he was in his mid-30's.Red flags all around, and I'm ashamed to say I even read this because thinking about the books, the storyline, the characters makes me cringe.
What do You think about The Ex Games Boxed Set (2000)?
Read this as individual books...don't get it again.
