Received for review from netgalley. This book was really cute. It's the first book I've read on my kindle for ages and really enjoyed it. It was fast paced and I liked the characters at the time. The only reason I have gave it 4 stars was the fact that only after reading it yesterday I can't actually remember the story that well. Does this mean it didn't have a memorable storyline? I don't know but I do think its a good new adult story and is worth a read for those who like the genre. ARC provided by netgalley in return of an honest review.3 stars for this political college romance, with a bit of tragic drama woven in.It was an okay read a bit slow at times. Writing is fairly good apart from repetition of several things, be it sentences, situations, feelings....Anyway I found considering the plot revolving around a traumatic experience there wasn't enough trauma felt by all parties including parents, victim and boyfriend of victim.A bit bla in the middle so I would say its a good young adult read but if you want it to be very real and raw then skip it.
Amazin'! I can't wait to read the next one "The Only One" about Melanie and John!!! So exciting!
