I chose this book because i love the Authors books and i like the cover of the book and i like books about love and hummer.I loved the setting and i love the fact that you can really see what he is felling.I loved the characters in the book they were funny.I like Greg the main character better than his big brother Rodrick.I did not like Rodrick because he is all into rock and he is always lazy.I would recommend this to my friends if you like funny books.My favorite part of the book was when they went to the dance and the old people started dancing and taking the dance floor. I killed a couple of hours ripping through this book, borrowing it from my wife's nephew while visiting over Thanksgiving. The Third Wheel is a clever, light-hearted, joy; I laughed out loud several times throughout the whole duration of my read - particularly the bits about the destitute uncle as well as the trying to find a date for the dance. This book was a great interlude for me while I'm crawling my way through some heavier volumes. I'd recommend it to anyone, adult or adolescent.
