I loved this. The author provides a fascinating description of what it's like to struggle with your faith while dealing with other life challenges. It also gives one of the most human and realistic descriptions of Mormon living I've ever read. And it is hilarious.If you've ever wonder about Tuorette's syndrome, the culture of public libraries, weightlifting or living as a Mormon, you'll find something to enjoy here. Agh - I'm struggling between a 3.5 and a 4. How could I not read this one? A Mormon librarian with Tourette's who's so strong he can literally bend frying pans? If that doesn't hook you, I'm not sure what will. I enjoyed it, though I found Mr. Hanagarne's tone occasionally hard to take. He's obviously someone who doesn't believe in self-pity or whining, which I absolutely commend. He's had to struggle against odds I cannot imagine. But I felt he was a little dismissive of libraries and his patrons, and I found his tone about his religion just the smallest bit cavalier at times. But I give him a lot of respect for his struggles and coming through them with a wonderful family and a career he enjoys, not to mention the fact that he wrote a book that I hope will help many people who suffer from the same condition.

It was good. It was funny. He's a Mormon with turettes(?) Good quick read.
