Toothiana: Queen Of The Tooth Fairy Armies (2012) - Plot & Excerpts
I really enjoyed the story of Toothiana. Her backstory is a little darker than the others, although they are all orphans in their own right. Her resilience and goodness is inspiring. She has every reason to be bitter, or to use her powers for evil. Despite all the harshness of her past, she continues to bring joy to children. She is a fun addition to the group. It is nice to have another girl join the ranks. Just as good as the first two, with some truly breath-taking illustrations and quotes, including my fav:"Among the Guardians, his and Katherine’s bond was the greatest. It hovers in a lovely realm that went past words and descriptions. The two never tired of the other’s company and felt a pang of sadness when apart. But even that ache was somehow exquisite, for they knew that they would never be separated for long."#blesstheguardians
