This is a sort of pretty woman tale with the wealthy businessman and the prostitute. Dallin has been on his own since his strict Mormon parents kicked him to the curb when he was just 16 years old claiming that the devil had a hold on him because he was gay. Life has not always been kind but he dragged himself off the streets, away from prostitution, and set up his own small business. When times get hard once again and he finds himself in dire need of money his old profession calls him back.William is part of a family business empire and is so socially awkward it is painful. His parents were always very accepting of his sexuality but were not on board with his kink. He hires, as in contracts, Dallin to be his sub. The terms are good, the pay is excellent and the sex is scorching. I was at a solid 3 star read until "the misunderstanding" which made me weepy so I upped it to 3.5. I thought I would connect more with these guys but while I loved Dallin, I just never "got" William. He was an odd one. He reminded of those kids that can't show their parents any love or emotion. It was a little creepy in a man having a super kinky BDSM sex life with a prostitute. I don't know why, it just freaked me out a little. But the scene towards the end...OMG, it all kind of clicked, I guess. Enjoyable read.
