Contemporary romance.I'll quote another review of this book that I saw...A woman scorned does stupid things. This is all about Charlotte who finds out her fiance is cheating on her 2 days before they are to move to Paris. So she dumps him and moves to Paris on her own & decides to "date like a man". Things go downhill from there for Charlotte.I was pleased that she eventually dealt with her issues and turned her life around. However, the one night stands & sleeping around are a lifestyle I don't agree with and had a hard time developing much sympathy for the character.I've been on a romance book kick lately, but this one has kind of soured the genre for me at the moment so I think I'll look for something a little more serious. They say you get what you pay for. I got this book free on the kindle. I want my money back. I only kept reading because some of the reviews said it got better in the second half. It did but still not enough for two stars. The main character is shallow and self centered. People exist to her as looks and clothing. And only good looking people can inhabit her world. In fact only two unattractive people are even mentioned in the book and then only because they intrude into her self centered bubble.
Another free one from Amazon... Cute story but not much more than that.
