Holy cliffhanger! So glad I waited until Vol 5 came out to read it! In this volume we got to find out the truth about Lani and Annie. What drama those girls bring! We also get to see how good of a fighter Jo can be. She'll fight for her man! This was a great continuation of Colt and Jo's story. I can't wait to see where this goes... better end with a HEA! I'm already hoping for a spin off... maybe Parker can get his own story??ARC provided for honest review. I was so happy to get #4 to take a look at in exchange for an honest review...if you have seen my other reviews on this series I am LOVING it! I read a LOT so you get pretty good at predicting what will happen next...and although I have some ideas JJ doesn't fail to take me for a ride in each and every book. This one DOES end on a major cliffhanger...so if that bothers you, you may want to wait until the 5th book is out and read together. My only complaint continues to be the series format.... I just love the story and would have enjoyed it even more (yes I think it would be possible) as one larger book or even broken into 2 instead of all of these quick reads. But I've noticed that seems to be what JJ Knight does and I love her writing so much I'm willing to do the serial thing. I did find her first serial (which I found after reading this one) more enjoyable to sit and devour all at once since they were all out by then. But regardless I know I will be disappointed to let these characters go after this series is done! I hope there will be future books about them! This is definitely not a series you want to miss! Can't wait to see how she ends everything in #5!
