I finished Mike Tyson's Undisputed Truth about a week ago. I was honestly suprised at how good this Tyson autobiography was. Its a very fluent book for anyone to read with it being wrote by the man himself. The story is making it one of my favorite books i've ever read. It is soo detailed about his whole life and how terrible his upbringing was. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing book to read. For me personally its pretty hard to relate in anyway to Iron Mike beside that were both boxers. Some of the things he says that Cus said to him are weird how similar they are to what my coach says to me. An incredible look into the mind, life, and experiences of former World Heavyweight Champion boxer Mike Tyson. The book takes us from his birth and childhood to his ring education, successes, downfall, and rebirth as an entertainer, actor, Broadway Star, and lecturer.Very graphic, but the book has to be as the Undisputed Truth is not sugar-coated, nor should it be. It is a shame that Tyson has but one life to write about, as he may be one of the grittiest and greatest authors of a generation.
What do You think about Undisputed Truth (2013)?
Tragic and compelling story about one of my hero's in boxing.
