Vegan Brunch: Homestyle Recipes Worth Waking Up For—From Asparagus Omelets To Pumpkin Pancakes (2009) - Plot & Excerpts

I'm not much of a brunch person. I love eating it- I hate making it. I'm pretty much a zombie in the mornings, but I have made almost 10 recipes from this so far (just not for brunch), and they were delicious. The Coffee-Chip muffins in particular were an instant favorite for me and all the omnis whom devoured them at the potluck I took them to. The sausages are brilliant and a game changer; not to mention money saver as I don't need to buy field roast when I have a hankering anymore, and so versatile! I was waiting for this for so long! My local library (like most libraries) takes a while to get things into circulation. I had the first hold & used it well. The recipes here are insane & delicious. Definitely a good cookbook to lend to your non-vegan friends to convince them that vegans eat more than mixed vegetables. The chocolate-beer pancakes/waffles are among my faves from Vegan Brunch.Pick this up not only for easy-to-follow recipes, but brunch inspiration & tips on how to host a successful brunch. A++.
