When Tatum Got Bit By The Spider (2012) - Plot & Excerpts
Finally! Finally! Finally! A spider shifter! Something out of the norm and unusual. Of course I have friends on social media who will shudder and cringe but I think it's awesome and I was excited to get Baxley's story. 'When Tatum Got Bit by the Spider' is the nineteenth installment in the 'Lost Shifter' series and I am not bored yet. How could I be? Spider, hello? It was hard to decide whether my heart ached more for Baxley or Tatum. Baxley was abused and terrorized by his own family for being a runt and Tatum was sold into slavery by his own parents. Tatum and his twin brother, Ackley, were raised to be assassins and Baxley is just lucky he made it through childhood. Watching these two abused and damaged men find love almost brought a tear to my eye. When Baxley's hive threatens to destroy HQ and all the felines and allies in it if they don't surrender Baxley, well shock is a mild term for Baxley's response when the coalition tells the Spiders to go to hell. He can't believe that the coalition is willing to fight for him and Tatum is just as stunned. These two men have never experienced love and loyalty to this degree.I so enjoyed this addition to the series and the ending finale battle with various types of spider shifters and scorpions was insanely fun. I've said it before and I'll continue to say it, I'm looking forward to the next book in this exciting series. Don't mind me, but, I just loved this sequel. This author proved me with this story, the reason why I'm still reading this series.I like the action, I love the bombs, I love that Tatum cut Paul's face. I would have loved to read he cut his balls on the way ..never mind, maybe next time he will do that to one of the nasty characters.Well it seems that I really love this series when it focus in the killers characters, Shane, Tatum, I can't wait to read about Ackley..
What do You think about When Tatum Got Bit By The Spider (2012)?
