While not the most editorially sound piece of work (e.g. I lost count of the numerous instances of loose when lose was intended), this quick read definitely piqued my interest in committing to bodyweight training. Mark provides plenty of functional exercises that are sure to increase anyone's fitness level if they're willing to commit to doing the work."Success is about you--and no one but you--letting go of everything that conflicts with your goal." - Mark Lauren Far better than any personal trainer and gym membership. I've been trying gym several times over the past years, with and without trainers and it always ended up in me being bored or confused from all the training possibilities. This book gets straight to the point. No bullshit, only the information you need to start effective excercise and diet in the next few days. Most of the book are excercise descriptions, so you can finish it in a day or two. The Training programmes are very clear, easy to follow and change frequently (so you don't get bored and you train all the muscles). Plus you save a huge amount of time for traveling and money for gym memberships or equipment.
it's not the book... it's me... or it's me following the book, but whatever
