He got the buzz when he crossed the perimeter, didn’t he?” Kami reached up and tugged the dead electric fencing down low enough to step over it so she could stand next to me. She held out her hand for me to see the small transmitter in it. “I used this, Bob. The remote. The electronic fence isn’t finished on this side of the property yet.” I opened my mouth to comment, but nothing came out. “The electronic fence isn’t working?”
