Even though this was a really good story and definitely gave a good start for the series, it is not a necessity to read. As a matter of fact, it really isn't worth the $2.99 price tag. (I read this within hour.)This novella gives you a little insight on one "tiny" aspect in the series. Yes, I am glad it is known, but it wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't know this either. I can't really, in good conscience, recommend this read. It is too short for the $2.99 price. Yet in the same breath, it really is a good "little" read. So now that you are armed with the knowledge of what to expect, decide for yourself if you would be willing to pay that for this novella. Admittedly I read this after I read the first book in the series (Avenger's Angel) so it wasn't really an introduction, just added to my understanding of the series. Still, Angel is such an intriguing character! And there are so many different ideas in such a short story, but it seems to work... There are some parts in the book which are a little confusing and not very well explained, but they kind of explain themselves :)
What do You think about Always, Angel (2011)?
My only complaint is that there wasn't enough! ;)Moving on to the Avenger's Angel!
