Her professor went on and on about various artists in the past. Nova had been doing very well with her paintings. She had even landed some side jobs, painting portraits and other pictures for students and teachers. It wasn’t the dream career she was waiting for, but that was okay. She knew she was working her way there. It made her feel great that people want to buy her art, it kept her mind off of other things. Jeremy always stayed in the back of Nova’s mind. He is what kept her strong. She missed home, however she knew Jeremy wanted her to stay in New York and live her dream.
