Okay I just have to say that D.W. Marchwell is a rockin ass writer. Love their books and this one was truly great. I loved that Jerry fell in love with William after watching him sleep one night. I just knew it wouldn't be long and he would fall for that adorable little boy as his own. And David was a fantastic character. I loved that he was so determined to go to Jerrys house and give him a what for when he thought that Jerry would put William in foster care. Little did he know though! Great book! Starting book 2 ASAP!! Hmmm...I just dunno about this one. Personally, I found the writing style choppy & awkward. The story seemed to jerk & stutter from one scene to the next without the reader being given the necessary insight into how the characters got from one place/scene to the next. Even the sex scenes were confusing. I struggled to understand who was catching/pitching/kissing/licking whom & where! Reading smut shouldn't have to be so much hard work!Things that worked ... the kid was cuteThe rest just seemed muddled & confusing. A meh read unfortunately.
This book was pretty good. Not one of my favorites from this author. But still worth reading.

Beautiful story. Words fail me to add anything more. Just read it for yourself.

This was so cringe-worthy that it hurt.
