Firstly I'd give them book a 6 out of 10. It was a pretty good book. I wouldn't reread it though. The book had some interesting things in it, like half-blood vampires. The main character starts off as human and gets turned into a half-blood vampire. How someone can only be half vampire to me doesn't make sense. However she can walk in the sunlight and can function during all hours of the day or night, but she still has to sleep. I really don't have a lot to say about the book, because I don't want to give away to much. However the main character is a 16 year old female and the lead male is an 80 year old vampire. He was around 18-20 when he was turned I believe. He still is fairly young in appearance and she has issues once she found out he was around 80 years old, however I think she got over that pretty quickly. I thought this was a very witty and quirky book. I thoroughly enjoyed the story! And I laughed out loud a few times. Who would have thought...a vampire who would need to have a set of false teeth. That is freaking funny! Also, this review of this book, I have to include the other 2 that go with it. All three sit on my bookshelf. And I've recommended it to several teenagers who were looking for a good book to read.
What do You think about Braced To Bite (2013)?
Cute idea that wasn't fleshed out enough. Quick, easily forgettable read.
