Jake was going to have to face ten other men before he could get to Corbin. The event was spread over two days, and was being held in Washington D.C. The four of them would be traveling from Brooklyn together and staying at a hotel during the weekend of the event. Jake was nervous and excited, and for the life of him, he couldn’t decide which he felt more. Koichi had been training him every single day for long hours, and he hadn’t seen much of Lisa at all. When he did, they were cordial and friendly with each other, and nothing more passed between them.
