الكتاب يقدم لك طريقة متكاملة لتغير عادة او طبع معين تعتقد بأنك لا تملك الارادة لتفيرة.. سواء كان انقاص وزن او ترك التدخين او غيرة..الكتاب مبنى على فكرة اساسية بان الارادة هي عامل واحد بين ست عوامل اساسية نحتاجها في التغير. و هذا العوامل تنبع من اما مصدر شخصي و داخلي او من تأثير الاخرين ممن هم حولك او من تأثير النظام الذي حولك.فعلا انصح به من يفكر ان يغير من نفسه There are lots of books about personal change, but this one stands out because of it's system - the 6 sources of influence:1. love what you hate2. do what you can't3. and 4. turn accomplices into friends5. invert the economy6. control your spaceTwo of the gems in this book are around studying yourself and envisioning your default future. When we study ourselves, through our trials and errors, we can build a home grown change plan. Our default future is the outcome that will occur if we do not change.Although I have itemized the 6 sources above, they are of little value without the supporting context and many examples in the book. To get the full picture and real value of the 6 sources of influence you need read the book end to end.
So useful that I bought a copy on Amazon. Based on science and fact, with game plans to follow.
