This is the ninth book in the Virgin River Series. This book is about Noah Kincaid a minister who buys the abandoned church in Virgin River. It is also the story of Ellie Baldwin who is hired to be the pastor's assistant. Ellie has temporarily lost custody of her children and needs the job. The book is about how each of them help each other and help other people in the community. It was an easy fast read. This was the worst Virgin River book I've read. The MC's drove me crazy, especially Noah. He definitely didn't act like a pastor should act and it annoyed me the way he only took parts of his job seriously. I put it down several times but ultimately pushed through to find out what happened to some of the long time characters through the series. The background story with Vanni and Paul was the only reason I gave 2 stars. Very disappointed in the book.
Another great book in this series. I loved catching up with some old friends and meeting new ones
