I found this book the most interesting of the descent serie, because of the Union. Reading about the union reminded me of the seasons of the moon books, which I did like. The story itself was kind of boring. There wasn't much of the fighting demons I've come to expect and I have no Idea what Anthony was doing in this book. I feel like this third book was only meant as a bridge toward the next book and not an interesting story on its own. This one read a lot quicker than the last book (was it shorter). U can def see how Anthony and Elise just don't work as a couple, they're in completely different places, but he still stands by her. U also get to meet other people who will be players later on. The only thing I don't understand is how does she get the Godslayer nickname.....she still hasn't killed a god yet (did I miss it????). The other guy took care of HIM, so that's not. Maybe that's what got her out of the garden, and how she got her marks. Not sure when (if) the author is going to address it, or if she has and I haven't gotten there yet. I already downloaded books 4-7, so happy reading (to me!!!) LOL
What do You think about Dark Union (2012)?
Not as good as the previous 2 felt a bit rushed
