Cami arranged for a room upstairs that was away from the rest of the restaurant. The cuisine was amazing; it was an entire fondue menu. Each of the tables had a center that held three burners. On each of them, they mixed decadent cheese fondue with various veggies and bread to dip into them. None of the women had been there before, so they all ‘ohh’d’ and ‘ahh’d’ over the food. However, the best part, of course, was the fact the restaurant stocked their favorite wine, Moscato Di Asti. It was the perfect beginning to the evening when the waitress brought each of the tables a bottle of wine. Discussions varied from table to table, but the room was all theirs, so they just turned the chairs at one point, and each of the women held their fondue forks in one hand and a glass in the other. “Meeting of the New Council women has come to order,” Cami said, and they all laughed.
