Poor Lisa! Her bestie moves away and Lisa is alone. Yet, not for long. A family moves in and they have a boy. His name is Nilly. He is short in stature and has fiery red hair. Nilly has a flair for the unknown and sets out to explore his surroundings. He then befriends Doctor Proctor. Doctor Proctor is a mad scientist who invents wacky inventions.
