Story was good, easy, interesting, but not challenging. This is the first audio book I've listened to narrated by Romy Nordinger. While she did a fine job in pace, tone, voices for characters, etc, her voice is not a good fit with a 23-year old character. Ms Nordinger's voice is somewhat gravelly in sound and, to my ears, didn't sound like the youthful voice of a 23 year old. I wouldn't turn away a book because of her narrating, but I think this isn't a best-fit scenario. Okay.... This book didn't start getting interesting until the end... I was kind of confuse in some of the story lines.. I knew their was a big secret that Jett was hiding but I was confuse through the story.. yes Jett is a rich CEO business man but something felt off because when Brooke and Jett meet for the first time I didn't feel no connection between them... I just felt that their was no romance between this two characters..In the end of the story is when u get intrigued when you hear Jett's side of the story.. so we know that Jett is a big CEO that hires Brook as his assistant and while he does this he trys to make her fall In love with him... and theirs is big secret and dangerous people out their that want or will hurt Brook.. I guess we need to read the 2nd book to find the answers..
What do You think about Entrega-te Ao Amor (2013)?
I liked this book, but had a hard time getting into it.
