I really wanted to like this one because I'm such a Marie Force fan. Maybe my expectations were too high. I found myself skimming and trying to skip ahead. It just felt like it developed to slowly. I also struggled to understand Cole's attitude and impatience with Olivia. Knowing her past issues and his past indiscretions, he was too impatient for me taste. The book was good; it just didn't live up to my expectations. Terrific book! Cole and Olivia sizzled but were realistic, too. Their characters were well-defined and helped to really know them. The secondary characters were also very relevant to the story and were entertaining in their own rights. I sank my teeth into this book and finished (with distractions) in less than one day.I'm saddened, however, because I only have one more Marie Force book left to read. She really needs to write faster! I'm a total "fangirl!"
One word to describe Everyone Loves A Hero. BLEH!I could NOT even finish reading this book.
