Day in and out, you and me. We got a life sentence together, you and me. Let’s get these kids up and off to school then take our asses to work. After dinner, I’ll make sure to show you what we got together.” I tease her, trailing kisses over her jawline. “Ruby, all these babies you wanted … Honey, we got years before they’re gone.” I smile. “Good, that’s years I have to look forward to with you. Love knowing the woman you were, the woman you are, and baby, I can’t wait to keep falling in the love with the woman you become.”
