Great as the other two, Bartholomew finally passed on, the story-line was A class loved the whole trilogy, thou he wasn't much help in the stories i believe it just gave that mystique sense to the books none of the ghost in any of the three books did any thing major which is has it should be.but the solving of each crime was by liam"s determination for finding answers and he had help in the form of Captain Morgan the dolphin, love it. This was an excellent book. I think I enjoyed this one the best out of the trilogy. Strange things were happening throughout the book. I started out thinking some kind of spiritual thing was going on. I moved on to believing the evil was in a human heart because that is what was emphasized by Liam Beckett, who happened to be a police officer. Eventually, I became positive it was some sick person doing the scaring, threatening, and killing. I found myself feeling very satisfied with the main character (Kelsey Donovan) of the story. She became angry and determined as the killer came closer and closer. No one was going to chase her out of HER house. I would have reacted the same way. In the end, the psychopath is caught. It's one of the characters that's been in sight throughout the book. I never thought of that character, so when the killer was finally named, I was completely surprised! I don't have that happen to me very often. I usually have it figured out 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through and I'm just finishing the book to make sure my surmise was correct. BRAVO, Heather Graham! Just in finishing. I read this series of books as a trilogy, but in honesty they could easily be read as books of themselves. The only thing that actually ties them together are the romantic relationships as they happen and those are such a small, but enjoyable, part of the actual story line, that each book is an entity in itself. Some really, really enjoyable reading!
