How Do You Kill 11 Million People? (Library Edition): Why The Truth Matters More Than You Think (2012) - Plot & Excerpts
What I loved about this book was that, while it did talk a good deal about politics, or at least alluded to it, the author kept his political opinions out of the way. This was one of the books that I randomly picked off the shelf from the library, and, like many other of these random fines, it was exactly what I was looking for. It was rather short, and indecisive, but it asked the questions that I felt needed to be asked, and more importantly, need to be answered. I hope that one day we as a country are able to answer these questions. "How loudly are you singing?" ~ pg. 49 Even though this is a harrowing title, it is an important book for all Americans of voting age!! The title refers to a question the author posed a while back, how could Hitler possibly get by with executing over 11 million people without his own country (or the people being persecuted) rising up in revolt?? The answers he found were disturbing to say the least!! It is one of the shortest books I have ever read (not even 100 pages), and asks plenty of questions for the apathetic voter to mull over. It is NOT, however, a Democrat vs. Republican sort of argument, both sides are shown in pros and cons, giving credit (or blame) where due.
What do You think about How Do You Kill 11 Million People? (Library Edition): Why The Truth Matters More Than You Think (2012)?
Too obvious. Don't quite understand why this book's sold at such an expensive price?
