Firstly, I would like to say that the translation was very good, sometimes a book that has lost it's native voice does not come across as well but this did not feel as if I had to fight through the language.Secondly, this is not a literary masterpiece but a good old fashioned thriller that satisfies because of it's predictability but doesn't bore you unlike some others in this genre. At first I was annoyed that I was one step ahead and was almost shouting at them not to trust this person or that person. However the premise of the Lectors two different abilities kept me interested all the way through, it was a very clever idea that made me as a book lover wish I could possess. The descriptive writing was colourful and enticing in just the way the characters needed to express their powers in the strongest way.
What do You think about I Libri Di Luca (2007)?
I actually liked this book, after realizing that it wasn't what I expected.

It was one of the most "meh" books in my entire life.
