It was an excellent book, a little bit of everything you need in a introducing trilogy book. It leaves you wondering what is going to happen next. The way the author describes the characters leaves you the chance to mold them in your mind to your liking. I think it was a great written book. He makes you fill a connection to the characters, intrigue for the story and just the right amount of exaltation to go jump to the next book as soon as you finish the first one. Good one!! Populated by performers who have contracted themselves to Mab for varying lengths of time, the circus travels the country and offers the masses the chance to dream. But there is more to this circus than just a circus...I didn't realize that there were follow-up books. I will definitely be looking for these to read!
