Im probably a bit above the capability of reading this book, but i had to read it as i LOVE David Walliams books! The first one I ever read was Billionaire Boy and ever since I have bought all the other books. The storyline is of a little girl called Zoe who lives in a flat in a tower block that is in a very bad state. One day she meets a little friend in her little flat and her stepmother wasn't to pleased after she took it to school. Her stepmother decided to bring in a unwanted man to take Zoe's friend along to a 'nice hotel'.... Read the book for more ;) its amazing.. even if it is made for younger readers. A good fun book - very much what we have come to expect from Walliams but a little darker and I think he is actually getting a bit better as he develops more of his own style and becomes less Roald Dahl lite. Some bits are not for the squeamish but I reckon Year 3 upwards will love this book - kids do afterall love a bit of gore. Mums and Dads will love doing the voices - especially the Stepmum - I love her!
Classic! And, even better was listening with my daughters to David Walliams read his work.
