Grrr. I am kind of frustrated about the ending. Where was his apology? Somewhere in the beginning and the middle of the book, i got bored. I just couldn't feel with the characters. The jungle part was weird and short and then they are back. And then she just shares everything over the internet with some guy she doesn't know? Etc...After they broke up i got interested again. I could totally understand her betrayed feelings. But then, at the end... No apology? I'm furious about that one. If you screw up, at least apologise! I suppose there's a book 2 or something to make this right again... I'm not reading it. I don't mind a dominating male, but there has to be a minimum of respect. He loves her, he wants her, he will protect her forever, but does he respect her? Oh sweet baby Jesus... that book was intense! The sex scenes were hot and the book provided the perfect balance of BDSM scenes against the storyline. I was tickled pink in how Jack fought for Abbie and how it all seemed to work out perfectly in the end. Seriously though, the book is hot. There isn't much to say other than this is a stellar book, great scenes, great storyline and just great all the way around.Easy and fast read. I seemed like just only an hour or two ago I picked up the iPad and began reading it; and it's definitely one of those books that you just can't seem to put down. The emotional scenes within the story and the pain that Abbie and Jack feel at times literally made my own heart break and I got teary-eyed. It is an incredibly good book.
What do You think about Les Plaisirs D'Hiver (2014)?
This book was another one I could not put down. Great read.
