I love the Ashland pride and ogre shifters in this series. When u meet melody in the end of the last book u knew a lot was going to be revealed. I'm glad we got some answer to the mystery of female lioness and why they were mean and heartless. In this book you don't just get the story of the Harrison brother and melody but a second story happens as well which makes it even more exciting. Love every word and can't wait for next book. Oooo I liked this one. I don't want to spoil the fun but I loved the turn things take with the female lions. If you've been reading this series you probably think there couldn't be any surprises after reading the end of the last book but there is a nice little surprise and a trip to King and back again to Ashland and nasty lions and doubters and love in unexpected places and family reunion. I know I sound like a gushing fan, that would be because I am. Fun read!
