How I loved this story. Although there were plenty of people trying to tell Paddy and Angie what they SHOULD be doing and how they SHOULD feel, there were plenty of others in Virgin River that just smiled and let them find their own way. And that's exactly what they needed.I haven't been through it, but I could understand Angie's feelings about her mom. Even after her mom started trying to do better. Of course she felt as though it was a trick. So although I felt she was somewhat rude to her mom, I got why she was that way.The same with Patrick. If you've read all of the previous books you KNOW what his mom can be like. The funny thing was, the moms really had no intention of getting in anyones way!Of course, in Virgin River fashion, it all comes together in the end for a wonderful Christmas.I'm sad that it looks like this was the last Virgin River book...at least for now. Although I'm enjoying the Thunder Point novels and see there is a new one coming, I still hope there are more VR books in the future. The final book in the Virgin River series... and what a way to finish with a Sheridan-Riordan HEA and the annual Christmas Tree with all of the gang.Yes, these books depict a fantasy town where the women are beautiful, strong and feisty and the men capable, hot heroes, there's always a heartwarming story and a beautiful Happily Ever After. But isn't this why we read romance novels! I have thoroughly enjoyed being a guest in Virgin River and I'm going to miss this little piece of Romancelandia.
What do You think about My Kind Of Christmas (2012)?
Another enjoyable romance . I think all women need to move to Virgin River.
