Quite enjoyed this short book. A great idea for a story which left me wanting more by the time I'd finished.Never is the singer of an up and coming rock band, she is also the daughter of a famous rocker. Determined to strike out on her own she hides the band from her family. The one rule she sticks to is that she will not date her band mates, they've all grown up together and she is determined that the band will not spilt up over petty romances. The guitarist manages to injure himself, in urgent need of replacement they find someone better that is set to test Never's rule.I appreciate that Never is only 18 but she seems very naïve, she seems to have no self control at points and is easily swept away. I look forward to see how she grows in the next book. Good quick read. The first book is the only worth reading...2nd starts out good but then its damn.In this book she is a rock star and her best friends are in her band. All boys of course. Kyle has been her friend the longest. Kyle is so in love with her! But her rule is NO DATING THE BAND MEMBERS. Also in the band is Luc and friend that we find out later that he is also maddly in love with Neve. Steve is also in the band and he sees Neve as a sister...nothing more. Neve is also a freshman in college. Her TA is stupid hot and he tries out for the band, gets in. Neve and Danny start dating. Breaking her rule. Kyle and Luc get mad and the drama starts there. I can't remember if this started in book one or two but we learn that Danny has A LOT of family drama!!!!!!!
What do You think about Never Say Never (2012)?
