A sweet easy read under 200 pages (it says closer to 200 on here; on my nook it was listed as 128) that was great for in between huge epic sagas. While not Shakespeare, it kept my interest and was perfect for my mood. Was free on nook when I got it a couple years ago but nook books that are free often stay that way so if it sounds good to you and you have a nook or nook app it just might be free; check it out! Not great at all.I liked the medical context and life of the emergency department. There were a few details that I could have done without in this field, but however it felt realistic and interesting. Now that's about it. I did not like and did not believe in any of the two lead characters. Both have heavy baggage, but I never could care about it, not about their ability to have a happy ending. They just remained characters, very completely emotionless, which should not have been the case considering their past.Really not sure that I'll read something else from this author. For sure I'll check reviews first.
I thought it was a very touching book about finding real love and restorative love after a loss.

Well, it was free. Not a great book or even a great trashy romance, but it was serviceable.

Boring, predictable, weak, would have gotten more out of the new Cosmo.
