It was the end of yet another great date. “So ice cream after?” She asked as her man, Roy Benson, stood up, handing her purse. He raised one of those perfectly sculpted eyebrows. “I don't know how you can even think about food at a time like this.” He replied, his smooth voice heavy with humor. Laura rolled her eyes. “Oh come on. It wasn't that scary.” She replied. He cocked his head to one side and opened his mouth to respond, but was cut short by a teenage couple trying to get by. Laura scanned the young blond with her halter top and high rise shorts, a smirk dominating her face. She glanced at Roy, who had the same amused look in his eye and the two collapsed into laughter as soon as the woman-child had climbed down the rest of the isle. “You have quite the stomach for these things.”
