Wow, this book really disappointed me. I guess it was not my cup of tea. The explicitness of the sexcapades was even a bit much for me. I do not care for the mental pictures it drew for me. I really tried to like this book and the first time I stopped at 50%. I decided to go back and give it another try but it seemed to be all about the menage and cowboy on cowboy with a real lack of storyline.I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this book. I've loved the Rocky Mountain Freedom books since the first one, but wasn't sure if I would enjoy the story about Travis since his appearances so far consisted of him being an asshole. However, knowing Vivian Arend, she'd give us a reason for his behavior and a solution. I'm not a huge fan of threesomes in romance, mostly because an HEA just doesn't work in my head. The author addresses issues that most stories don't though. What will their family think about the situation? What community will they fit into when they settle? Yes, these questions run through my head. Rock Mountain Freedom is often angsty, always sexy and satisfies the long awaited questions about Travis and what makes him tick.
What do You think about Rocky Mountain Freedom (2013)?
*happy sigh* Worked for me. And I definitely think that it's time I reread the series…
