*Got a free copy from author in exchange for honest review*Can I just start with how much I love the premise of this book? I mean, a bookworm catching the attention of the hot surfer who tries to recreate scenes from her favorite novels? Who among us can say that we didn't secretly wish that would happen? Yeah. That's what I thought. This was a perfect beach read, it was light and funny (the awkward moments were great) and I could easily see myself as Tamara. She was a bookworm who spent most of her life with her nose in a book because honestly, books are so much better then reality. Plus she had a zany and kind of crazy best friend. That could easily describe my own life. I loved all the surfing scenes. I am a California girl and I loved how I could perfectly imagine what the author was describing. It was spot on. I also loved how Tamara made just about every mistake she could and Xavier just took it in stride. There was nothing about this book that I did not like. If you are looking for a great beach read, this is the book for you. Loved IT. I can say that most of us really connected with Tam. I loved how she changed throughout the book, I didn't want the book to end, the story line was solid, I loved the characters and after finishing the book, I felt like there was so much more to tell with the other characters, and I'm hoping I get to read the following books. Maybe another book with zander, ronni and Hudson. Looking forward to it.
What do You think about Romancing The Bookworm (2013)?
Excellent book. Not liking the ending more of a maybe than a HEA. Total read again.

3.5 StarsCute story. Not as swoony-lovey as I imagined it would be though.
