I almost didn't finish this book and actually stopped reading around the 25% mark. I picked it back up because I blew my ebook budget for the month (oops) and this was from the library so it was free! The entire book was just a huge misunderstanding with no relief until the very end and I just really don't like reads like this. The whole time I wanted to scream JUST TALK TO EACH OTHER! The plot didn't really make up for it either in the sense that I thought it was just so random! I hate giving bad book reviews and I need to stop before this becomes one big giant rant. I read the second book in this series last December so to say I wasn't looking forward to reading this one was an understatement. Boy was I wrong. I should definitely have read this one a lot sooner. Mating stories are some of my favorite and this is the first I've read with a faery and a werewolf so it's nice to see something different. Plus my big annoyance with the second book was lack of dialogue which luckily wasn't the case with this one. I'd definitely recommend this one if you're looking for a decent cop story with a small twist on mates
That book even with light story plot is perfect. Callalily Parker and Ray are marvellous together.
