The porches, the kitchen, and if she was really on a roll, she lugged her laptop upstairs later at night to the cozy office we shared while I scratched through paperwork. The writer’s block was gone. The professional fears caused by LaForge and the anxiety to write faster and faster vanished. And just like her, the second story in her trilogy bloomed.
