Sweet Filthy Boy was a good book. It had likable characters and LOTS of sex- Dare I say too much sex? *gasp* I found myself skimming somewhat for dialogue but then would go back and read it straight through.I wasn't happy with Ansel's lie by omission. Everyone told him to tell her but he kept putting it off. *sigh* Not cool, Ansel, not cool. Despite that mistake made by Ansel, there really wasn't any over-the-top angst, just a little bit of a scorned ex but you didn't have to put up with her for very long... Thank the Gods. I can't believe I didn't see "her" coming earlier than I did though. I think the author was trying to distract me with all of that sex! ;) I was disappointed with the ending. I was hoping upon hope for a complete HEA but then... I was delivered a HFN. Can I please fast forward six months and get the whole thing? No? Then I'm off to the library to track down Dirty Rowdy Thing, in hopes that I get a little more resolution for Ansel and Mia. It's a really great book. I couldn't put it down even for a single second. Ansel and Mia are total strangers but get married in a moment of weakness and Mia leaves the country with Ansel and that was the best decision she had made up till now. She couldn't face her Dad who was forcing her to attend business school. Mia used Ansel to escape her future and Ansel used Mia to esacpe from his past. But while Mia spent her time in Paris with Ansel she fell in love with him like she never loved anyone before. Ansel loved Mia the same way.There was some misunderstanding between them but it was all sorted out.Ansel is The Man of a girls' dream. He is described as a man that is so easily to fall in love with ♥♥I loved how Ansel helped Mia to do what she loved and get back to her dream. They both did what they loved doing and each of them brought the better person in another.It's a book worth reading ♡
