Tangled Rose is the beginning of the Darkness trilogy. Rose was part of an MC club when she was younger or at least her dad was. So many years ago Wars started and she has been left alone. Now she has been taken and this is her story of how they kidnapped her, abused her, and made her into what she is now. Preparing her for her new life. These books are not for everyone, but they are still good reads. I have to say this book was dark and not for the faint of heart...it provoked a true reaction from me as I was reading it. The depravity of those men as well as the kindness of one that led to betrayal was shocking to me yet the level of cruelty is well within the possibility considering who these men are. All in all I wouldn't say it was a "good" read, it wasn't bad just "good" is usually reserved for happy endings and sweetness I will continue reading the series to see just how far the darkness goes and how Rose comes out of it, if she comes out of it.
Not for the faint hearted as it is quite dark, however I need to know how it ends
