This series never lets me down. I put this on my currently-reading shelf, and then other books plus my mood had me not starting it after all. I really don't know what I was thinking. Once I began reading, I remembered why I love this series. All the characters who we have been reading about in previous books excellent new characters who I can't wait to learn more about, plus how all the different story threads are woven together to make a story that is fascinating to read. I don't always like books where there is more then one couple getting together, but these very talented authors manage to do this in a way that I enjoy. Now that I have read this one, I am eager to finish off the rest of these books, so I see myself reading them shortly. This one didn't do as much for me as the previous ones...I still like the ACRO folks but this one tested my ability to stretch/suspend reality. I do like getting to continually know the characters but the main folks in this book were not nearly as 'believable'. Won't say anymore due to spoilers but suffice it to say that while I enjoyed it...I found it a bit too over the top. Moving to the next one tho...that should hold until the next ACRO book is released (if there is one).
What do You think about Tempting The Fire (2010)?
It was the BEST one yet! Made me laugh and cry, and UGH! I need the next one!!!
